Please fill out all the information below. There is a  minimum of a 50% deposit required (by cash, check, or credit card) in order to hold your spot in class. You may pay in full as well. Please denote in the comment section which class you are signing up for (incl. dates) and about your payment plan (how much, payment method, etc.). 

FTMY's Registration terms and conditions:

You will not be added to roster until deposit is received. We emphasize small, personal Workshop classes. Classes fill quickly, so early registration is recommended. You can receive full reimbursement if cancellation occurs up to 48 hours prior to beginning of class. Note: You will be charged the full deposit amount if there is late cancellation or no show with no call, no email.

Confirmation of registration will be delivered within 2-3 days via email or preferred method (denote in comment section). If class is full you will be immediately added to our waiting list and notified of any changes as soon as possible.
