 FTMY is unique to Flagstaff because our studio
 offers and specializes in Traditional Thai Yoga 
 massage. In addition, FTMY is the
 ONLY studio in Flagstaff privileged to offer 
 Continuing Education (CE) in Thai Yoga 
 Massage to other therapists and is recognized 
 by NCBTMB. Our Thai Yoga Massage 
 Practitioner course offers over 150 hrs.

 FTMY is committed to small and private-sized 
 classes and workshops. We believe in detail, 
 individual attention, and comfort. FTMY exists 
 to teach, empower, and provide the 
 fundamental tools for wellness and change.

 FTMY offers a deeply therapeutic herbal 
 sauna experience. The herbal sauna is FREE 
 with purchase of any treatment, yoga class, 
 and/or Thai Yoga Massage workshop.
